Six new comprehensive toolkits developed by the VA Geriatric Scholars Program are now available under the VA Geriatric Scholars Program page of this site. Toolkit topic areas include: dementia, depression, falls, sleep, osteoporosis, and functional assessment.
The toolkits contain clinical tools and patient/caregiver resources. The clinical tools consist of a variety of resources, assessments and other materials. The patient/caregiver materials contain information, literature, and other items specific to older adults and caregivers.
