Laura Previll, MD, MPH
Dr. Previll is a Geriatrician with a dual clinical appointment in the Durham VAMC and Duke Health. She is an Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Medicine. She currently serves as Medical Director for the Durham VA GeriPACT clinic, Medical Director for the Caring for Older Adults and their Caregivers at Home (COACH) program, and Director of the GRECC Connect VIRTUAL Geriatrics program. She has facilitated telehealth Geriatrics consults as part of GRECC Connect since 2020.  She is a clinician educator interested in improving interprofessional practice for older adults.   She is involved in multiple Geriatrics affiliated graduate clinical training programs affiliated with the Durham VA.

Mamata Yanamadala, MBBS
Dr. Yanamadala is a Geriatrician with a dual appointment at the Durham VAMC and Duke Health. She is an Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Medicine. She is the Geriatrics Fellowship Program Director at Duke University, and she is an expert in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety. She has facilitated telehealth Geriatrics consults as part of GRECC Connect since 2015 and she also provides care in the POSH program (Peri-operative Optimization of Senior Health) at the Durham VAMC.

Christy Knight, LCSW, MSW
Ms. Knight has 20+ years of experience as a medical social worker, most of which in the field of Geriatrics. She conducts all pre-assessment interviews with patients and family members to establish social context and level of support for each Veteran as part of the interprofessional assessment.

Corinne Simanowski, AMSA
Ms. Simanowski is a coordinator and scheduler for both the Durham VAMC GeriPACT clinic and the GRECC Connect VIRTUAL Geriatrics program.  She facilitates telehealth care through coordination with CBOC points of contact.
