Title: Generative Artificial Intelligence in Geriatric Primary Care Medicine
Program Description: The purpose of this live virtual, knowledge-based webinar series is to inform multidisciplinary/interprofessional healthcare teams about the possibility of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in geriatric primary care and its implications for improving care for Veterans. This presentation will provide an overview of generative AI applications in geriatric primary care and provide examples of how providers can engage with the generative AI applications.

Title: Tele-Neuropsychology With Rural Older Veterans

Program Description:
The purpose of this live virtual, knowledge-based webinar series is to inform multidisciplinary teams about using telemedicine to provide specialty neuropsychological evaluations for older Veterans. Practitioners evaluate and intervene to support the cognitive and functional needs of diverse patients, including older Veterans. Older Veterans are at highest risk for developing Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia as well as myriad cognitive disorders which can be either chronic or acute.
